Cancellation Policy Notice
To ensure everyone can enjoy our treatments, we maintain a clear 24-hr notice policy. We know life happens, so we are happy to offer a one-time courtesy waiver for your very first late charge or missed visit. After that, cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will be charged 50% of the service booked, and no-shows will be charged 100%.
Thank you for your understanding and for helping us keep our therapy schedule running smoothly for everyone.
CONSULTATION REQUIREMENT
Client consultations are not only a legal requirement before treatment but also an opportunity to discover what the client wants, along with possible contraindications.
Careful medical and lifestyle history gathering enables the therapist to put the correct treatment plan in place for the client based on the information provided, giving every client an exceptional level of service.
